Delivery service may not be available in the following countries: the U.S., Japan, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Taiwan, Australia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, U.K., France, Germany, Poland, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey, Austria, Italy, Czech Republic, Spain, Israel, UAE, Iran, etc. If you would like to order in one of these countries, please go to the 'Where to Buy' section and check the nearest store.
(Availability of delivery service in certain countries may change depending on the item or period.)
In principle, the customer bears the delivery fee for returning if the returning is merely due to a change of mind. However, in the event that the product you have received is defective or different from the specifications or delivered to a wrong address (except that the customer indicated a wrong address), no returning/exchange fee will be charged.
You may pay in the following way:
- In the 'Payment' page, select one payment method among the global credit cards (VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, unionPay) and Paypal, and then enter the details of payment.

※ Note:
1) After ordering an item, you may check your ordering status whenever while logging-in. When your order reaches the payment step, the money will be withdrawn from your credit card.
2) Upon a Paypal dispute, payment will be delayed temporarily, and in this case, delivery may be delayed.
3) Mixed use of two different payment methods is not possible.

- Step 5: Page of 'Your order has succeeded' (order No.)
